Following the "Safety Production Month" activity plan formulated earlier this month, in order to conscientiously implement the theme of "Implementing Safety Responsibilities and Promoting Safety Development" for the 2021 Safety Production Month, strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, enhance self-protection and emergency response capabilities, our company, together with the Ecological Environment Bureau of Jinan New District, jointly held the "Comprehensive Emergency Rescue and Sudden Environmental Emergency Rescue Plan Exercise" in the Santai Phase I plant area on June 29th.
Simulated accident scenario: During the normal production process of the foam filling workshop, there was a leakage at the metal soft connection above the dimethyl ether transfer pump in the liquefied gas tank area. The leaked gas caused the nearby combustible gas probe to alarm and activate the emergency shutdown interlock device. The operator failed to handle the situation urgently on site, resulting in the expansion of the leak and causing an acute poisoning incident. This simulated drill scenario was used to carry out the company's comprehensive emergency plan drill.

The entire emergency drill lasted for 10 minutes and 16 seconds, achieving the expected results and effectively organizing, ensuring smooth information flow, rapid response, and efficient operation; The emergency response teams of each sector remained calm, responded quickly, took appropriate measures, obeyed commands, and the entire drill process was carried out efficiently and orderly according to the emergency plan.
This emergency drill has been affirmed by the chairman, and relevant opinions and suggestions have also been put forward for the shortcomings of this drill. Effectively improving the emergency response capability of enterprises for safety production, while requiring all levels and departments to strictly implement safety production responsibilities, deepen the construction of dual control of safety production, eliminate and control accidents, and create a good atmosphere for the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
