1. The measuring tank in the adhesive production workshop overflowed, and the operator slipped and had their eyes damaged by solvent during the emergency pump stop process. The pump stop operation was not carried out, resulting in a large amount of solvent leakage in the measuring tank.

Discovery, reporting, and warning of accidents in the company's control room
1.The combustible gas alarm system set up in the central control room triggers an alarm. The duty officer checks and confirms the alarm information and reports it to the emergency office leadership

      2.Wang Lei from the emergency office confirmed the alarm information, arranged for the duty officer to contact the person in charge of the adhesive workshop, and organized on-site emergency rescue; And immediately report to the company's responsible person, follow the instructions of the company's responsible person, and issue company level accident emergency rescue warning information;

Carry out on-site emergency response
1.The person in charge of the adhesive workshop received the accident report and immediately organized emergency rescue personnel to rush to the scene and organize on-site emergency response.

2.Emergency personnel should wear air respirators and heavy-duty chemical protective clothing, enter the contaminated area caused by material spillage, drain the solvent to the empty mixing kettle, and eliminate the source of leakage.


3.Emergency personnel wear gas masks and, under the command of the workshop manager, use a water gun to dilute the leaked solvent;

The leakage volume and area of hazardous chemical solvents are large, and the company level emergency rescue plan has been activated.
1.Each emergency rescue team of the company rushed to the scene to carry out emergency rescue according to the plan and the instructions of the overall commander;
